  • •Operate in a consultative process to define customer and prospect challenges and opportunities.
  • •Map challenges to the Couchbase ecosystem and present differentiating, sustainable business value.
  • •Support discovery activities (workshops and demonstrations) across multiple opportunities and account strategies.
  • •Ensure PoC/Pilot success by managing acceptance criteria and escalating/resolving issues.
  • •Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, create technical collateral, and provide field feedback to Product and Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in a pre-sales, customer-facing, or consulting role.
  • •3+ years of experience in software development or related industries.
  • •Programming skills in one or more: Java, Python, Javascript, .NET, C, SQL.
  • •Experienced with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • •Experience designing solutions on a database platform, including data modeling, indexes, and query optimization.
