Accounting Manager (Policy Interpretation)

Provide technical accounting policy interpretation using GAAP for corporate finance/accounting teams and senior/executive management. Lead the implementation of new accounting standards across affected business units, guide day-to-day treatment of complex transactions, and evaluate proposed deals for accounting implications. Partner with corporate support functions, summarize industry accounting issues, prepare written accounting position support, and draft FASB comment letters while effectively managing and motivating non-direct reports.
