Key Responsibilities

  • •Close the deficiency loop by partnering with DivOps to surface and continuously fix tooling, governance, and information-flow gaps.
  • •Administer and champion the division’s core business tools and internally hosted business systems, keeping them accurate, secure, and useful.
  • •Build and host internal tools end-to-end, including standing up, automating, integrating, scripting, and debugging via APIs.
  • •Design and optimize workflows by translating real engineering/program workflows into Jira boards, automation rules, and Confluence spaces.
  • •Manage access and security by owning provisioning, role-based permissions, and Okta/OpSec group management while supporting secured spaces and hygiene.

Key Requirements

  • •2-4+ years in technical operations, IT/systems administration, program coordination, or a similar builder-operator role with end-to-end ownership.
  • •Administer Linux, script, and integrate via APIs; comfortable using both a project-management tool and the command line.
  • •Experience with SaaS and identity administration, including managing Okta and OpSec groups and hosting/debugging internal tools.
  • •A collaborative “power user” who can make tooling work for others (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • •Ability to work fully on-site in Costa Mesa, CA, and obtain/maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
