Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics and inventory management
  • •Ensure stock-to-floor service to support a premium factory outlet experience
  • •Provide feedback to store management on required store resources to meet stockroom operational needs
  • •Drive and ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards in the back of house
  • •Support store profitability and contribute to consumer experience while meeting sales and profit targets

  • •Experience as a Retail Team Leader in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
