Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain acceptable work quality and minimize rework by effectively utilizing available resources
  • •Monitor and use the latest valid drawings; coordinate activities as built for major elements
  • •Perform corrective or remedial actions on work requiring rework as instructed by the site engineer
  • •Supervise labor, materials, and equipment movement daily to ensure project costs and budgets are adhered to
  • •Ensure compliance with safety procedures for all supervised workers, report risks, and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years of relevant working experience
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) is required
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and approved shop drawings/method statements
  • •Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental policies and site safety programs
  • •Ability to support zero Loss Time Incident (LTI) outcomes through safety compliance and risk reporting
