Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide 4K camera and live production training and technical support for customers on 4K studio camera, camcorder, and live production system; assist sales and marketing to achieve project sales and improve user satisfaction
  • •Support various shooting and creation activities inside and outside the company, such as Spring Festival Gala, New Year’s Eve, UHD Cup, VP, etc.
  • •Provide DI and B2B Bravia demos and training for guests visiting and training at the college
  • •Handle daily service tasks in AIT including visiting reception, exhibition exchange support, product testing, and maintenance of venue facilities
  • •Collaborate with teams to ensure effective customer engagement and training quality

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science, or Media
  • •At least one year of technical experience in IT or media industry
  • •Experience as an engineer in a media industry, manufactory or system integration company is preferred
  • •Strong customer service mindset, meticulous work, and responsibility; good teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills
  • •Proficiency in camera technology and video production; familiarity with IP network system architecture; knowledge of digital photography; MS Office, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere; good command of English and Chinese
