Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery engagements providing architecture guidance and direction for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI solutions.
  • •Architect, design, and implement D365 CE, Power Platform, and AI solutions with hands-on involvement.
  • •Lead and assist with pre-sales engagements, meeting tight timelines and providing right-fit solutioning.
  • •Liaise between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • •Assess client requirements and scope, design conceptual and technical architectures, and oversee resolution of client issues, including travel as needed.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI offerings, plus the wider Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Data, Security, and Modern Workplace.
  • •Consulting experience working with external clients, including pre-sales solutioning for high-level or ambiguous requirements and an understanding of pricing strategies.
  • •Experience delivering product demonstrations and presentations, with strong client management skills to develop and manage an action plan.
  • •Implementation experience across multiple industries (e.g., Health and Public Sector, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Logistics, Communications and Media, Insurance, Professional Services, Finance).
  • •Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE (PowerFx, Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and working with Web API; DevOps/ALM (CI/CD) and Dataverse experience desired.
