Job Summary

Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solution engagements for large, complex deals spanning multiple technologies, including AI. Provide architecture guidance and direction to the delivery team, working hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. Support pre-sales by solutioning and meeting timelines, collaborate with clients and internal teams, define technical requirements, ensure quality standards, and oversee resolution of client issues. Travel may be required for presales and projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery engagements providing architecture guidance and direction for Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and AI solutions.
•Architect, design, and implement D365 CE, Power Platform, and AI solutions with hands-on involvement.
•Lead and assist with pre-sales engagements, meeting tight timelines and providing right-fit solutioning.
•Liaise between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
•Assess client requirements and scope, design conceptual and technical architectures, and oversee resolution of client issues, including travel as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Microsoft AI offerings, plus the wider Microsoft ecosystem including Azure, Data, Security, and Modern Workplace.
•Consulting experience working with external clients, including pre-sales solutioning for high-level or ambiguous requirements and an understanding of pricing strategies.
•Experience delivering product demonstrations and presentations, with strong client management skills to develop and manage an action plan.
•Implementation experience across multiple industries (e.g., Health and Public Sector, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Logistics, Communications and Media, Insurance, Professional Services, Finance).
•Experience configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE (PowerFx, Plugins, JavaScript, Logic Apps, Azure Functions) and working with Web API; DevOps/ALM (CI/CD) and Dataverse experience desired.
