Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical guidance to poultry producers to ensure bird health, welfare, and optimal flock performance
  • •Advise growers on housing, equipment, litter management, sanitation, flock management, and feed and lighting programs
  • •Monitor bird health and production performance and support continuous improvement
  • •Coordinate bird placements, sample collection, and catch schedules
  • •Ensure compliance with production contracts, USDA regulations, and company standards while communicating with internal operations teams
