Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy one-on-one under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Implement treatment plans, collect and record accurate session data, and support skill development, behavior-reduction goals, and independence in a structured setting. Maintain professionalism with clients and families, complete ongoing training, and contribute to a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule.
