Job Summary

Lead procurement execution and negotiations while managing and developing a team of 3–5 buyers. Drive strategic sourcing and advanced category management across Data Centre, Consulting, Marketing & Software, including spend analysis, benchmarking, and supplier strategy. Oversee procure-to-pay operations, contract and risk management, and procurement automation/digital transformation. Partner with department heads and present procurement performance, insights, and dashboards to senior leadership.

•Personally manage high-value, complex sourcing projects and lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers and vendors.
•Execute procure-to-pay for critical categories and handle escalated procurement issues and vendor relationship challenges.
•Develop category strategies across Data Centre, Consulting, Marketing & Software using market analysis, benchmarking, and competitive pricing.
•Oversee contract negotiations, risk assessments, vendor performance escalations, and vendor risk management/business continuity planning.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 buyers; recruit, onboard, and train new team members and drive team performance metrics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field with 6–8 years of procurement experience, including 3–4 years in management or leadership roles.
•Proven track record leading and developing high-performing teams in a SaaS/technology procurement environment.
•Expert-level proficiency with procurement platforms including SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle Procurement, with advanced analytics and reporting.
•Deep understanding of ERP systems, integration processes, and contract lifecycle management systems, including procurement automation and AI tools.
•Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills with experience driving process improvements and change.
