Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead real estate procurement and site acquisition, including market search, commercial evaluation, and commercial lease negotiations for branch and office expansion.
  • •Develop and execute centralized procurement strategy for multi-site rollouts and building retrofits, including vendor matrix management and pricing standardization.
  • •Collaborate on technical drawings and specifications, conduct market analysis with quantity surveyors, maintain rates logs, and drive value engineering and cost validation.
  • •Source high-security and specialized MEP infrastructure, manage tendering and contract awards for mechanical/electrical and fire-suppression systems.
  • •Manage ITTs/RFPs, contract administration and compliance (SLAs and construction/engineering contracts), vendor onboarding, and logistics/facilities handovers for mission-critical assets.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 10 years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience handling capital projects, corporate real estate acquisitions, interior fit-out procurement, or commercial building construction.
  • •Demonstrable experience leading commercial property searches, site selections, corporate acquisitions, and commercial lease negotiations for refurbishment, retrofitting, and remodeling.
  • •Extensive procurement experience within a commercial bank (preferably branch network rollouts), a high-growth fintech with physical operational touchpoints, or a tier-1 construction/project management firm in Nigeria.
  • •Demonstrable experience navigating supply chain and logistical constraints across Nigeria’s regions (e.g., North-Central, South-East, South-West, North-West).
  • •Qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Estate Management, Business Administration (or related) and/or professional membership/certification such as CIPS, CIPSMN, or NIESV (desirable).
