Job Summary

Coordinate and optimize the flow of production by providing tactical scheduling and long-range planning. Create integrated master schedules, align MRP with production, and drive efficiency with Foundry and ERP/MRP tools while coordinating with planning, engineering, inspection, and supply chain to deliver products on time.

Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

•Provide tactical scheduling and strategic long range planning expertise to production teams
•Coordinate, review, plan and schedule inputs from the business and planning to create an integrated master schedule
•Work with planning teams to ensure MRP reflects production
•Utilize Foundry and other applications to ensure work is scheduled and prioritized accurately and efficiently, with resources allocated appropriately
•Prepare daily work schedules, track progress, update critical path schedules, and advise leadership on adjustments to daily activities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 114,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of manufacturing scheduling experience
•Must be a US Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities
•2 years of scheduling experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software
•4 years of practical experience with ERP/MRP systems in a production environment
•Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen
