Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
  • •Lead enterprise client engagement lifecycle end-to-end from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture workshops, and POC delivery.
  • •Collaborate with product teams as a trusted advisor to articulate feature requests and provide thought leadership across cloud and ML products.
  • •Help close PMF gaps with product teams and drive product development/iteration roadmaps.
  • •Provide post-sales solution support and work with account executives on upsell/cross-sell.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
  • •5 years of related work experience in a similar or related field.
  • •Experience in cloud computing and the related technology ecosystem.
  • •Strong regional experience across the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
  • •Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with strong problem-solving and strategic/analytical skills.
