  • •Coordinate management of samples and prototypes while maintaining a well-organized and efficient workshop.
  • •Oversee logistical activities for R&D projects, including sample/prototype shipments, inspecting inbound/outbound shipments for quality control, and scheduling shipments through parcel transportation providers.
  • •Process purchases, manage invoicing activities, and operate a forklift.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma (DEC) or vocational diploma (DEP) in a relevant field such as manufacturing, mechanical design, or an equivalent discipline.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a laboratory, manufacturing, or construction environment.
  • •Ability to lift 22 to 28 kg (50 to 60 lbs) and perform physically demanding work.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; English proficiency (spoken and written) is essential.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using equipment such as a forklift, lathe, milling machine, cutting machine, saw, or CNC equipment.
