Job Summary

Own and advance a joint business plan with CVS for Revlon’s Hair Color, Hair Styling, Mitchum AP/DO, and Nail Color businesses. Drive omni-channel strategy, consumption forecasts, and shipment planning, using point-of-sale and market-trend data to create “close the gap” actions. Lead internal and external relationships, manage the Market Development Fund (MDF), oversee P&L and claims, and support long-range planning to grow volume, share, and profit.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, implement, and monitor Revlon’s Joint Business Category Plan with CVS.
•Utilize POS and market trend data to identify new business opportunities and create consumption forecasts and close-the-gap plans.
•Manage omni-channel strategy through internal communication, strategic plans, and ongoing coordination with internal and external partners.
•Partner with the Demand Planning team to maintain shipment forecasts and participate in demand review meetings.
•Manage the Market Development Fund (MDF) and the customer P&L, including ROI analysis, budget adherence, and timely account claims; mitigate returns risk and support long-range planning.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years direct selling experience within the CPG industry, with cosmetics and applicable channel experience preferred.
•Travel required up to 30% depending on location and customer base.

•Strong analytical skills, converting analytical information into sales tools to promote sales and profit goals within customer business plans.
•Demonstrated ability to take appropriate risks as part of a comprehensive long-range growth plan.
