Drive hotel partner growth for Capital One Travel by leading business development across existing and incremental hotel chains. Identify hospitality trends and partnership opportunities, manage onboarding and ramp-up for new partners, and collaborate with Product and Strategy to deliver benefit programs that increase cardholder benefit usage. Support market presence by participating in industry events and conferences, and represent the company at tradeshows as needed.
