•Lead the design and delivery of reliable, secure, and well-monitored AI systems that automate workflows and create measurable business value.
•Lead complex multi-team projects from problem identification through design, implementation, rollout, and ongoing support.
•Define technical roadmaps, system designs, trade-offs, milestones, and success measures aligned with product strategy and customer outcomes.
•Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
•Contribute hands-on to production code and engineering excellence across design reviews, testing strategy, performance tuning, observability, CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and production readiness.

•Strong programming experience in Java, Scala, Python, or similar backend technologies.
•Experience with databases, messaging systems, caching layers, and data platforms such as PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redis, Aerospike, Kafka, or Pulsar.
