Job Summary

Build and maintain backend services for an AI-powered document generation platform used by personal injury attorneys. Own projects end-to-end from technical design through production launch and iteration, designing scalable production-grade systems and APIs (including distributed systems). Collaborate with Product, Design, and Applied AI to deliver customer-facing features, improve performance and reliability, and contribute to the long-term evolution of the DocGen platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain backend services powering the document generation platform.
•Own projects from technical design through production launch and ongoing iteration.
•Build scalable systems that leverage AI within document generation workflows.
•Partner closely with Product, Design, and Applied AI to deliver customer-facing features.
•Drive architectural decisions and improve performance, reliability, and scalability; mentor via technical discussions and code reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 120,000 - 215,000 annually
