Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate vehicle movement through sales lanes, auction blocks, and post-sale parking to ensure efficient operations.
  • •Oversee battery/jump-start operators and push-truck operators to maintain safe, effective vehicle flow.
  • •Monitor inventory levels, vehicle locations, and operational priorities to stage vehicles for sale readiness.
  • •Verify vehicles are operational and coordinate towing, service, or reconditioning support when necessary.
  • •Partner with Check-In, Recon, Lot Operations, Transportation, and Dealer Services teams; resolve operational issues impacting auction efficiency.
