Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the SaaS/AI application sourcing team, coaching execution and establishing standards for vendor selection, negotiations, and RFPs.
  • •Own complex SaaS negotiations and agreement reviews, focusing on pricing, usage/true-up, audit rights, data security/privacy, and termination/renewal clauses.
  • •Ensure sourcing execution follows internal compliance standards and government contracting requirements, including FAR and applicable regulations.
  • •Run disciplined sourcing processes such as market research, competitive benchmarking, TCO analysis, and commercial risk assessments.
  • •Standardize SaaS procurement processes and artifacts, identify automation/continuous improvement opportunities, and drive implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; 4+ years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • •5+ years in procurement/strategic sourcing with a focus on software; proven experience leading sourcing projects or teams.
  • •Hands-on experience in FAR-compliant environments and government contracting.
  • •Experience negotiating software terms including pricing constructs, usage/true-up, audit/verification, DPAs/security, and renewal/termination mechanics.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication; ability to organize work, set priorities, coach team members, and drive outcomes.
