Key Responsibilities

•Identify and Frame Value (Win Accounts): Define account strategy with Sales, translate business needs into AI/process-mining use cases, build tailored business cases, demos, and Proof-of-Value projects.
•Realize Value (Execute & Deliver Impact): Govern implementation plans, collaborate with delivery teams to deploy solutions (SaaS, Python, generative AI) and optimize ROI for senior leadership.
•Scale Value (Grow Accounts): Drive adoption and renewals, oversee cross-functional account teams, align with Sales on expansion roadmaps, and communicate results to CIOs and CEOs.
•Lead customer workshops and executive presentations: Manage stakeholder interactions in Spanish, facilitate workshops, and present results to executive stakeholders.
•Collaborate with partners and internal teams: Work with services and tech partners to accelerate platform adoption and ensure health and expansion within the customer journey.

Key Requirements

•+4 years of experience leading technical pre-sales and delivery projects including defining AI roadmaps and ROI/TCO business cases
•Domain/Industry Expertise in supply chain across Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, and Services
•Fundamentals of data science and generative AI techniques (RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding)
•Strong SQL knowledge with experience in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, sklearn, PyTorch)
•Experience identifying and projecting value use cases and measuring ROI across domains
