Quantity Surveyor - Electrical

Manage electrical building services cost planning and estimation across the project lifecycle, from quantity take-offs and BOQ development to tender documentation, bid evaluation, and contract administration. Develop and maintain cost plans and budgets, monitor budget performance, assess variations and claims, and produce cost reporting and forecasts. Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, contractors, and clients to support value engineering, commercial risk identification, and successful project close-out.
