Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and direct crew activities and continuously improve work performance to achieve assigned objectives.
  • •Ensure safety of all personnel and production quality consistent with established mine standards.
  • •Coordinate shift production aligned with the weekly schedule and optimize utilization of mobile equipment.
  • •Plan, establish targets/standards, schedule resources, and assign work to achieve the pre-defined mining sequence in the Superintendent’s area.
  • •Read and interpret mine plans, mining sequences, construction prints, and mine engineering schedules; recommend corrective actions based on monitoring conditions that affect development and production targets.
