Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Vietnam SME segment to drive growth and share of wallet.
•Identify and drive strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, and ecosystem players to expand Mastercard SME offerings.
•Provide deep sales expertise to partners and power their growth through consultative selling and go-to-market support.
•Lead growth of Mastercard SME debit and credit card portfolios by setting strategy and achieving targets for spend, acquisition, market share, and revenue.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Teams, Marketing, Loyalty, Finance, Pricing, Legal, and Customer Delivery to support product launches and market initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Relevant industry experience preferred, such as payments, cards, financial services, fintech, start-up world etc.
•Strong market development & management skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
•Track record of initiating new approaches to doing business and driving implementation to deliver tangible business results
•Strong team player with good communication and presentation skills
•Self-motivated and able to operate within a cross-functional team environment
