Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a broad book of business from new prospects through growth of existing accounts.
  • •Manage the full sales cycle, including discovery, solution alignment, negotiation, and closing.
  • •Articulate GitLab’s DevSecOps value proposition and align it to customer business outcomes.
  • •Document and maintain accurate buying criteria, buying processes, next steps, and owners for an evidence-based pipeline.
  • •Represent the voice of the customer through product feedback and contributions to win/loss root-cause analyses and the public issue tracker.
