Job Summary

Join the Business Effectiveness team to ensure data integrity across sales systems, consolidate information for investment tracking, and support commercial processes and projects. You will act as a subject-matter expert on commercial data and processes, aiding the sales team and cross-functional partners in driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure accurate functioning of sales systems and processes (EDGE, CPD, Trax, UVE, Anaplan) and regularly review/update customer and product hierarchies
•Consolidate system and process issues for continuous improvement by leading the Sales Desk tickets and coordinating with relevant teams
•Act as an expert on commercial processes and information for new projects, providing templates and process input
•Support the commercial and customer marketing teams in day-to-day processes, including POS stock and VAPs management and merchandizing payments
•Ensure the right access to tools for new joiners and guide the commercial team through system changes and targets

Key Requirements

•University graduate or equivalent experience
•Commercial experience in Merchandising, Field Sales, Distribution management, or support positions to the commercial organization

•Ability to manage a high workload and prioritize effectively
