Job Summary

Own software quality assurance for the Customer Data Product across teams in Korea and San Diego. Define and execute functional, integration, and system testing, and build and maintain automated testing environments to improve coverage, repeatability, and execution efficiency. Support the full development-to-release lifecycle, including build server and pipeline stability, while identifying defects, performing root-cause analysis, and partnering with developers to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute test strategies for the Customer Data Product.
•Perform functional, integration, and system-level testing to meet internal and customer requirements.
•Design and implement automated test frameworks for repeatable test scenarios and convert repetitive cases into automated workflows.
•Manage and maintain build servers and support build, packaging, and release validation processes to ensure pipeline stability.
•Identify, report, and track defects; perform root cause analysis and support issue resolution with developers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a software field.
•5–10 years of software quality assurance experience (manual and automated testing).
•Experience developing test automation using tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
•Experience leveraging AI to write test cases and provide metrics.
•Experience across the software development process (Requirement–Design–Development–Build–Unit Test–SQA).
