Key Responsibilities

  • •Design eval and AI pipelines that are reliable, reproducible, and extendable
  • •Scale infrastructure to support the largest health systems in the country
  • •Collaborate with engineering and product teams on model deployment and measurement
  • •Work with a stack that includes Python, Flask, Django, FastAPI and other frameworks
  • •Work directly with customers to solve their issues daily

Key Requirements

  • •Strong backend programming skills with Python
  • •Experience shipping in fast-paced environments
  • •Experience building AI applications, including designing evals and improving performance through prompting or scaffolding
  • •Familiarity with evaluation methods for LLMs and patterns like multi-agent workflows, tool use, or long context
  • •Understanding of containers and cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
