Key Responsibilities

•Design eval and AI pipelines that are reliable, reproducible, and extendable
•Scale infrastructure to support the largest health systems in the country
•Collaborate with engineering and product teams on model deployment and measurement
•Work with a stack that includes Python, Flask, Django, FastAPI and other frameworks
•Work directly with customers to solve their issues daily

Key Requirements

•Strong backend programming skills with Python
•Experience shipping in fast-paced environments
•Experience building AI applications, including designing evals and improving performance through prompting or scaffolding
•Familiarity with evaluation methods for LLMs and patterns like multi-agent workflows, tool use, or long context
•Understanding of containers and cloud (Docker, Kubernetes)
