Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and validate prototypes for A/V systems, including research and evaluation of emerging technologies for virtual production and broadcasting.
  • •Develop and maintain tools within Unreal Engine or Unity, including plugins and tools using C++, Blueprints, or similar technologies to support real-time virtual production pipelines.
  • •Implement camera tracking, lens calibration, and coordinate mapping (e.g., Mo-Sys, NCAM) to maintain alignment between real and virtual environments.
  • •Develop algorithms for signal processing and video optimization and implement computer vision solutions where applicable, writing and maintaining code in C++, C#, or Python under guidance.
  • •Integrate broadcast hardware with software systems using standards such as SDI, NDI, and SMPTE ST 2110, and help test, validate, and optimize performance for live environments.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years in R&D/engineering roles with proven delivery of AV systems.
  • •Experience with audio/video processing and streaming technologies.
