Support assembly and final test equipment used in semiconductor module packages, ensuring maintenance, stability, and performance. Key Responsibilities

•Assembly Engineering: support growth of module packages and maintain assembly equipment for stability and performance.
•Test Engineering: maintain final test equipment (e.g., turret, gravity handlers, testers, and Hi-Rel specialized tools) to ensure stability and performance.
•Drive long-term improvement work focused on yield improvement and solving equipment problems that affect manufacturing.
•Establish programs and solutions to increase uptime and address equipment-related manufacturing issues.
•Provide technical support for equipment repair and process engineering groups, and collaborate on NPI launches for robust support of new equipment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or related engineering fields.
•Cumulative GPA (3.0/4.0 or higher).
•Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of relevant work experience.
•Proficiency in electrical/system-related areas.
•Experience knowledge with Gravity handlers, testers, or Hi-Reliability equipment (e.g., PIND, centrifuge, Laser Mark, leak testers) is an advantage.
