Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and execute accounting functions to report the financial position of select ultra-high net-worth clients.
  • •Oversee bill pay and day-to-day accounts payable activities, including vendor management, invoice review and creation of wires for approval.
  • •Prepare cash flow planning, including budgeting and forecasting for high-net-worth clients.
  • •Prepare and review timely, accurate financial reports and analyses; perform ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as required.
  • •Maintain client household payroll and oversee/train junior staff to ensure accurate books and records.
