Key Responsibilities

•Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities across Transaction Processing
•Lead end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives using structured methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis)
•Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and time studies to improve productivity and reduce cycle times
•Partner with teams to design and implement scalable, sustainable solutions

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of experience in banking operations, preferably in Transaction Processing
•Strong understanding of payment types (ACH, check processing, returns, exceptions, etc.)
•Proven experience in process improvement or analysis
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Advanced Excel skills (preferred: VBA, automation experience) and experience using JIRA
