Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of visual merchandising and operational processes to maintain strong salesfloor visual standards.
  • •Plan and execute visual merchandising changes aligned with directives, including product recovery, restock, and destock.
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities based on product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
  • •Partner with the General Manager to review budgets and business data (e.g., Expenses, Sell-Thru) and support quarterly business review and sales planning.
  • •Lead and develop the Visual team through accountability, continuous coaching, recruitment/succession planning, and KPI-focused execution on the sales floor.

Key Requirements
