Praktikum im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung ab September 2026

Support the Organizational Development and consulting team by assisting during transformation and change processes, organizational and personnel development initiatives, and project work at Daimler Truck sites in Germany. Help prepare, run, and follow up on customer projects in-person and virtually, including creating and editing presentations, seminar and workshop materials. Take on concept-related tasks and small projects, plus administrative support within a team of 15 colleagues.
