Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion safety culture, including Stop Work authority and health/safety/wellbeing standards.
  • •Manage and coach junior staff to deliver department responsibilities and safety culture outcomes.

  • •Oversee a team of designers and BIM specialists, providing support and direction daily.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated proficiency using BIM software and familiarity with digital twin concepts.
  • •Professional registration in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chartered Engineer) is an advantage.
  • •Strong written and verbal English skills, plus ability to manage and prioritize workload under tight deadlines.
