Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day finance operations and the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
•Assist with preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
•Manage and support US payroll processes and employee-related finance operations.
•Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers.
•Analyze financial results, prepare reports and reconciliations, and support deal-related billing and revenue operations.
