Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, manage and accelerate the sales pipeline by market segment
  • •Oversee the daily processing of orders and ensure a smooth and timely delivery within agreed lead times
  • •Handle RMA processes and procedures
  • •Coordinate with the finance department to prepare all documentation necessary for the submission of insurance claims
  • •Liaise with Re-Insurers to process insurance claims within the stipulated timeframe

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • •5 to 10 years of relevant experience in logistics/operations
  • •Strong knowledge of full logistics processes, stock management and customs
  • •Experience coordinating insurance claims and liaising with finance and re-insurers
  • •Proven ability to lead and develop a team and drive process improvements
