Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver comprehensive in-person hematology consultations during scheduled part-time clinic sessions, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
  • •Conduct clinical evaluations using history, physical examination, and relevant laboratory/peripheral blood findings.
  • •Develop and implement evidence-based management plans, including medication management and anticoagulation monitoring, and arrange referrals for procedures/imaging when needed.
  • •Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR to support seamless handover and continuity of care.
  • •Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards, participate in quality improvement and clinical audits, and provide preventive counselling and chronic disease management.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hematology clinical practice.
  • •Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
  • •Residency training in Internal Medicine from an accredited programme.
  • •Board certification in Internal Medicine and fellowship certification in Hematology.
  • •SCFHS classification and registration as a Hematology Consultant, plus experience using electronic medical records (EMR).
