Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end legal strategy and execution for ElevenLabs’ partnership ecosystem, including ISV and platform integration agreements, systems integrator and consulting partnerships, channel partner programs, reseller and distribution arrangements, marketplace agreements, embedded and OEM-style arrangements, and strategic alliance structures.
•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, with a primary focus on Partnerships deals and enterprise customer contracts
•Serve as the primary legal partner to ElevenLabs’ Partnerships team, providing strategic counsel that balances risk management with speed-to-market and aggressive growth objectives.
•Design, maintain, and continuously improve scalable partnership templates, playbooks, approval workflows, and contracting infrastructure that enable the business to evaluate and execute deals efficiently.
•Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal advice to cross-functional teams, tailoring advice to enable responsible growth and innovation.

Key Requirements

•J.D. with active state bar membership (NY preferred)
•7+ years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably in technology or SaaS
•Proven track record drafting and negotiating complex technology and partnership agreements (ISV, SI, reseller, channel, marketplace, OEM/embedded)
•Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing, SaaS, data protection, and intellectual property
•Experience designing and launching channel partner, reseller, or marketplace programs from the ground up
