Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish best practices for information architecture and drive the execution and vision of an integrated preventative health product offering.
  • •Design best-in-class experiences across the platform, spanning patient, provider, and growth products; iterate on existing features and test new ones.
  • •Help drive qualitative user research by building prototypes, conducting interviews, and creating surveys to test hypotheses about designs and products.
  • •Grow and maintain the design system by managing the component library and ensuring quality consistency.
  • •Help build a design culture at Nourish and contribute to a craft-focused, high-quality user experience for patients and providers.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years experience designing compelling digital products.
  • •You are obsessed with your customers and craft; you care deeply about understanding users and building delightful, impactful experiences.
  • •You do your own stunts; you will fill gaps between teams to get the job done, including qualitative research, pitch decks, or website improvement.
  • •You are a builder; you love shipping new features and can take a project from 0 to 1 and iterate.
  • •You will work across multiple product areas (patient, provider, growth) and drive design for an integrated health product offering.
