Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and plan daily maintenance assignments for Maintenance Technicians under the Maintenance Supervisor direction.
  • •Perform on-site service and repair of process equipment and maintain the facility, communicating parts inventory levels.
  • •Troubleshoot and service energy sources on equipment and implement the preventative maintenance program.
  • •Train maintenance technicians and assist in headcount and schedules for daily work assignments.
  • •Record and report all work orders accurately and completely in the Oracle system; update end-of-shift reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required.
  • •5-10 years’ maintenance experience.
  • •Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals; read prints and suggest modifications.
  • •Basic electronic troubleshooting plus vacuum troubleshooting and leak detection skills.
  • •Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic understanding of SPC and process control techniques.
