Job Summary

Deliver timely, accurate client transactions while providing a consistently high-quality customer experience in a retail bank setting. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile). Support sales through outbound calling and lead/referral to appropriate teams by identifying client needs. Contribute to Integrated Relationship Management and help with new account openings and issue resolution, while following internal controls and risk policies.

•Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records while handling assigned monies appropriately.
•Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
•Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities through fulfillment or referrals.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) practices to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
