Operate low-speed extraction equipment to open mail, manually extract payments, and separate/sort checks and invoices for deposit preparation based on client instructions. Ensure production and quality standards, review/sort/audit materials, complete required paperwork, and report machine productivity. Handle specialized processing for tax, healthcare, and other unique account requirements while following safety procedures, confidentiality regulations, and communicating equipment issues to the management team.
