Job Summary

Lead complex business planning and financial forecasting for the Technology and Innovation organization, partnering across functions to drive clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Own reporting, dashboards, and recurring deliverables for senior leadership, including variance analysis, budgeting, and long-term forecasts. Build and maintain advanced financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis, identify financial risks/opportunities, and streamline planning processes using technology and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide thought leadership and lead highly complex, time-sensitive business requests across functions and partners to drive clarity and consistency.
•Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights.
•Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables for financial reporting, forecasting, and decision points.
•Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue, expenses, and profitability; monitor performance vs. budget/forecast and investigate variances.
•Develop budgets and long-term forecasts, build and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning and investment analysis, and recommend risk mitigation and process improvements.

Salary: USD 147,050 - 230,850 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
•10+ years of experience in a management role and in financial analysis, planning, or related roles (preferably in a technology or high-growth environment).
•Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
•Advanced Excel skills required.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
