Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Manager I

Support UMB’s Corporate Trust Relationship Managers by providing administrative assistance to existing clients and responding to client inquiries. Maintain accurate records using Microsoft products and UMB systems, compile performance data, coordinate with operations staff, and resolve administrative/operations issues. Build client contact and expand task complexity over time, participate in cross-training, and communicate with client teams to identify and deliver solutions.
