  • •Supervise outsourced service providers and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Micron standards.
  • •Develop scope of work and create SOPs and risk assessments for routine and non-routine facilities work.
  • •Lead daily operations, manage FMS work tasks, and deliver project work within budget and schedule.
  • •Guide and train facilities technicians/technologists and maintain safety performance metrics and contractor/provider performance.
