Job Summary

Support TikTok’s Scaled Agency Sales team by contributing to the full sales lifecycle for independent agencies across the US. Help manage and analyze the sales pipeline, prepare partner-facing and leadership materials, monitor KPIs, and build dashboards and performance reports. Work across internal teams to resolve issues end-to-end, and help the team adopt AI tools to improve productivity and unlock capacity for higher-value work.

Key Responsibilities

•Support revenue growth efforts across the sales lifecycle, including prospect research, competitive analysis, pitch prep, and partner engagement with US agencies.
•Maintain the sales pipeline tracker by identifying patterns, surfacing risks, and translating data into signals for the team lead.
•Act as the operational backbone for key agency relationships by owning issue resolution end-to-end and coordinating across internal teams.
•Prepare and structure materials for weekly team meetings and leadership reviews, highlighting trends and insights.
•Monitor KPIs across the agency portfolio and design dashboards/performance reports to clarify what’s working and where to focus next, including leading adoption of AI tools and platforms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
•Strong analytical skills with comfort working in spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
•Familiarity with Looker or Tableau (preferred).
•Proficiency in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
•Highly organized and reliable with proactive follow-up in a fast-paced environment.
