Support the Head of Strategic Finance & Development in shaping finance strategy, roadmap, and group-wide value creation analysis. Drive finance operating model transformation by structuring ambiguous business problems into decision-ready workstreams and options, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and tracking milestones. Perform financial analyses, benchmarking, business case evaluations, and portfolio insights, while building dashboards and performance tracking tools used for CFO and executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Support development and execution of the Finance strategy and strategic roadmap, including CFO/executive decision materials.
•Contribute to Finance transformation efforts such as digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled analytics.
•Help evolve the Finance operating model by structuring ambiguous business problems into implementation workstreams and decision options.
•Manage project plans, track progress, and coordinate stakeholders across functions and regions.
•Identify, quantify, and track group-wide value creation initiatives using financial analysis, benchmarking, dashboards, and portfolio analyses.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate finance advisory, transaction services, or a comparable strategy-focused role.
•Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial analysis, and value creation concepts.
•Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in an international environment, including workstream coordination and milestone tracking.
•Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with fluent English and strong executive-level communication.
