Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
•Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to embrace agile principles, remove impediments, and optimize collaboration with product and engineering.
•Protect the team from scope creep and distractions, ensuring a sustainable pace and high-quality outputs.
•Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog, define user stories, and align sprint goals with business objectives.
•Monitor and report on sprint progress, risks, and blockers, escalating when necessary and driving resolution with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach within software development teams
•Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
•Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
•Familiarity with agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and metrics for sprint performance
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the Americas and communicate effectively in English
