Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  • •Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to embrace agile principles, remove impediments, and optimize collaboration with product and engineering.
  • •Protect the team from scope creep and distractions, ensuring a sustainable pace and high-quality outputs.
  • •Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog, define user stories, and align sprint goals with business objectives.
  • •Monitor and report on sprint progress, risks, and blockers, escalating when necessary and driving resolution with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach within software development teams
  • •Proficiency with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • •Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
  • •Familiarity with agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and metrics for sprint performance
  • •Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the Americas and communicate effectively in English
