Key Responsibilities

  • •Redesign core FP&A workflows with intelligent technologies and sophisticated data infrastructures to reduce manual effort and accelerate insights.
  • •Analyze and connect data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, billing, product usage) to prioritize and develop AI and advanced analytics use cases.
  • •Lead Finance’s evolution from reporting-centric to decision-centric operating models as an AI change agent.
  • •Partner with Senior Leadership and serve as a trusted finance partner to Product and Sales, bridging long-term strategy with near-term execution.
  • •Represent Finance AI priorities in cross-functional forums and executive discussions, communicating progress, risks, tradeoffs, and strategic direction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 128,700 - 243,850 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Financial Analytics, or related roles, with enterprise software experience strongly preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Data Analysis, or a related area; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated experience transforming Finance workflows using AI-enabled tools or advanced analytics platforms (e.g., LLMs, Databricks).
  • •Hands-on experience working with large datasets using SQL and/or Python, with experience using modern data platforms.
  • •Strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, comfortable operating under ambiguity.
